Two weeks had passed since Allyson's trip to Tara's apartment, and things in her life had continued more or less the same since. She went to work, the customers flowed in, she was rushed off her feet, went home, ate candy, slept and repeated this until the weekend. Allyson had previously been a keen hiker, and would meet some of friends for a hike or a bike ride at the weekend, but she had been putting off going out since she started working at the store. The week left her feeling so exhausted that she didn't really want to be on her feet in her free time, so she had started spending her weekends just sitting around the apartment with Sandy.
This had also led to her candy consumption nearly doubling of late, as she was now eating during week and during the weekend, her steady supply of free samples barely getting her through Saturday and leaving her craving more come Sunday morning. Allyson was not completely oblivious to this; she knew that exercise levels were decreasing, and that her consumption of sugary snacks only seemed to be escalating, and yet, she couldn't bring herself to do anything about it. Every time she summoned the willpower to go for a run, she would lose interest just as quickly. She knew she wasn't leading the most healthy lifestyle anymore, but justified it as an unfortunate side effect of her hard work.
What she had been oblivious to, however, was that all that sugar now seemed to be having an effect on her trim figure. Allyson had never really gained or lose weight her entire life, always remaining slim, toned and around the same weight. But over these last few weeks, her sedentary new lifestyle and constant candy snacking had begun to take it's toll. It wasn't exactly a huge gain, but she had noticed her stomach growing softer lately, and felt some of her clothes becoming tighter. After weighing herself, she was shocked to discover that she had gained ten pounds since starting her new job. It was obvious why, but at the moment, it was hardly noticeable, so she hadn't really taken any steps to lose the added pounds.
Her work uniform, which had seemed perfectly fitted to her body when she started, did look a little tighter now. Her skirt dug into the side of her slightly larger tummy, while her shirt was not quite as loose as it had once been. She smoothed a hand over her clothes, looking at herself in the mirror before dismissing her gains. Ten pounds is nothing, I can lose that in week.

When she arrived at work, Allyson couldn't help but notice that she wasn't the only one whose uniform looked a little smaller. Tara, busty to begin with, definitely seemed to have put on some weight as well. Her skirt was considerably tighter around her larger looking bubble butt, while her shirt constricted around her breasts, one of the buttons stretching open ever so slightly.
Carla, however, seemed to be packing on the pounds much more quickly. Both Allyson and Tara had noticed their colleague consuming more candy than both of them put together, and she rarely seemed to be without a bag of chocolates in her hand. Most of her extra weight seemed to be going to her butt, which looked increasingly ill suited to her skin tight skirt. Her once flat stomach seemed to bulge all the time now, a layer of pudge visibly pushing out atop the hem of her skirt.
At least I'm not the only one...
