Issei pondered what it would be like to see Sona or Rias act like a dummy so he used the book to teleport himself to Kuoh Academy and went to the club room. As he opened the door, he saw Rias in the room with a lot of paper work and was rubbing her forehead to alleviate some of the mental pain.
Issei figures this was the best way to get Rias to go along with the idea. He entered the room and called her out.
“Hey Rias, how’re you doing?” Rias was happy to have a distraction from the paperwork. She leaped into his arms and the two kissed and enjoyed hugging each other until Rias complained to Issei.
“This paperwork is hell. My brain feels like it’s going to explode. I just wish there was a way for me to be in less pain right now.”
“Well I may have a way Rias.” Rias looked at Issei and asked. “Please tell me your not pulling my leg.”
Issei shook his head. “Honest.” He showed her the ray gun and explained that it was an experiment that Azazel wanted him to test it out.
Rias thought of the idea of being a dummy for awhile and it would be a good break from paperwork. “Okay but in exchange you have to know what it’s like to be smart. Deal?” Issei nodded and shook Rias’s hand in agreement.
Issei turned the dial to ten and Rias lifted it up and fired the gun at Issei. He felt his intelligence was growing at an alarming rate. Issei was so amazed. “Incredible. Now for you my lovely Rias.”
Issei was bluffing on his intelligence boost. He was good at acting that he was able to fool Rias into thinking he was actually hit and incredibly smart right now.
He fiddled with the dial. “Do you want to be a 0 or at least a number between 1 and 4?”
Rias shook her head. “Make me a one.” Issei nodded and fired the gun at Rias.
Her eyes got hazel and dizzy as her brain started to become smaller and smaller but her body got sexier. Her breasts grew and her ass was much more squeezable. She giggled as she leaned into Issei and puckered her lips.
Issei replied and kissed her with much fervor, she started to moan in joy. “Mmmm. Me want to make Issei happy. Chest feels good.”
