As you made your way to the kitchen for some "breakfast," you were stopped by an unusual sight. There was a cardboard box waiting for you at the front door, right at the bottom of your stairs. That wasn't so atypical, your mom would often mail a variety of packages as a part of her business. Only this one wasn't outgoing, it was incoming.
And it was addressed to you.
"What the heck?" you whispered to yourself as you paused to get a better look at the item.
It was in a standard cardboard box, big enough that just about anything could be in it and you had to use both arms just to reach around. Surprisingly, it wasn't too heavy to lift. Or maybe it was and you were just that strong? It was hard to say without opening it up. And you were left wondering who would send you such a thing.
However, a glance at the label only revealed your name and address. The return address was simply "A friend" and nothing else.
You knew for a fact that your mom would be against you opening such a sketchy looking package. She probably intended to hide it away from you but had left it out not thinking you would find it. Unlucky for her you were a bit more perceptive than that. You hoisted the box up and scurried to your bedroom real quick before doubling back to grab your food.
When you returned with your "breakfast" peanut butter sandwich in your mouth, you immediately loomed over the package waiting on your bed and prepared to tear into it like a savage animal.
To your surprise, what was waiting for you at the bottom of the box was...
