Next morning when Naruko wakes up

When Naruko woke the next morning from her drugged sleep she tried to roll over and go back to sleep before fully waking realising movement was not possible outside of turning her head. Then it hit her the argument with her mother Kushina had turned her into a girl not only that but a baby as well squirming inside the swaddle naruko felt her diaper wet and messy instantly stilling her movement to avoid spreading its contents.
Unbeknownst to her Kushina was watching on a baby moniter she had step up the night before
(The night before)
Kushina woke to her bladder telling her to use the bathroom forcing the redheaded mother from her warm bed after reliefing herself. She paused by the crib where Naruko was sleeping to check the state of the petite girls diaper through the swaddle which was swollen, squished at her touch underneath the fabric smiling to herself Kushina prepared the nessecities for a change sliding a changing mat under her former son now daughter. Undoing the blanket the onesie was then unbuttoned revealing faded wettness indicators in the shape of kittens.
With practiced motions Naruko was cleaned rapidly the metal of the buttplug gleaming in the soft light coming from the bedside table. Now ready for another diaper thought Kushina before hesitating her eyes resting on her daughters rectum using baby oil kushina coated the diaper area liberally before teasing the plug from side to side to loosen it.
Sliding another two stuffers from the packet Kushina lined the diaper making what was already 3 times as thick bigger she had prepared the diaper earlier to save time knowing a change would happen some time in the evening.
Normally one stuffer was enough for the blondes night time issues but the drugs called for a massive thick and absorbent diaper to cope with the gargantuan mess in the making. Elevating Naruko's bottom half the diaper was postioned with ease before lowering it onto the epic sized garmet followed by a mini storm of baby powder.
With a gentle touch the plug was removed prompting her to close the diaper and seal the tapes before her daughters already fickle control was overwhelmed by the contents of her bowels and the drugs. Satisfed Naruko's onesie was rebuttoned, the swaddle rewraped now tucked even tighter than before.
(Present time)
Grossed out by what had happened Naruko breathed deeply through her nose to try relax which was interupted when her mother entered the bedroom from the ensuite. With a smile Kushina bent over the crib and scooped Naruko out one hand going under her rear squishing the mess she had tried to avoid.
Instead of putting her on the changing table which would have been welcome despite her current situtation she found herself being settled on her mothers lap staring directly at one of the redheads DD's underneath the sleeping yukata and immediately panicked when the silk desended revealing naked flesh the nipple moist.
"Kaa-san has something for you sweetheart" using one hand to guide a breast near her mouth the other one pressing the front of her diaper over the chastity belt. Once postioned Kushina grabbed the ring of the pacifer, twisted removing it to unveil the suction cup behind it which fed onto the bulb in her mouth.
"Mommy wanted to do this last night but someone was a fussy baby" she said pressing her breast into the cup which sealed on like a infant would before pinching the short tube creating a suction flowing into her mouth.
Creamy milk flowed into her mouth forcing her to swallow drinking until the breast ran dry thinking it was over Naruko sighed through the gag making the redhead giggle "Ready for more Naru-chan ".
At this the blonde protested but muffled by the pacifer it was babble unintelligible to comprehend. Kushina responded by swapping sides pressing the cup to her other nipple restarting the process again.
Once her chest was drained Kushina lifted Naruko to her shoulder to burp her after completing the chore she set Naruko on the change table to.
