"Look, why don't you think about if you're going yo confess your feeling to Jaune or not." Coco told her. "If so, I'll help. OK?"
Ruby nodded, struggling to look Coco in the eyes. She was truly adorable when embarrassed.
Coco helped her get dressed, then gave her a playful slap on the ass as they parted ways.
I should probably talk to Yang about this. She's always seemed the overprotective type. She pulled out the book and wrote, "I always know where to find the person I'm looking for."
Knowing now that she was in her room, Coco headed there.
When she reached the Team RWBY dorm, it took an annoyingly long minute for Weiss to answer.
"Oh, Coco." She said, moving aside to let her in. "What would you like?"
Blake was in her bed reading a book, while Yang was too busy playing a game to look.
"Would you mi-" Wait, why was she asking? "I want to speak to Yang alone."
Blake hopped down quickly and Weiss gathered some homework she must have been working on, the left. Yang must have also heard, as she turned the game off.
"What's up?"
Coco spoke to Yang about what Ruby told her. With each passing second, Yang's face dropped more and more.
"I'm so sorry, Coco. I don't know what's going on with her."
"What?" Coco asked, confused. "No. No, that's not-"
Yang interrupted her, too focused on Ruby. "Don't worry, I'll set her right. I promise."
This wasn't how this is meant to go. She suspected Yang would be overprotective, but she wasn't expecting this.
Yang walked past Coco, heading for the door. She had to act fast before Yang screwed things up.
