Ruby was giddy at the idea of having fun with this book, she can do anything she wants but she had no idea where to start, Weiss can be her super best friend, Yang can finally stop treating her like a kid, everything was possible with this thing, but where does she begin, how does she start this? She just didn't have a single idea on what to do, so lost in thought she didn't notice her bumping into something.
"Not again." Ruby grumbled, "Sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you!"
"You should be more careful little rose." The smooth voice of Cinder said, "what is this you have?"
"Eh?" Ruby asked before noticing her book was gone and in Cinder's hands, looking at it curiously, "oh no."
"A book of reality." Cinder hummed reading it, "you have an interesting toy there."
"Give it back, it won't work for you!" Ruby huffed, "it only works for the person who found it, me!"
"Is that right?" Cinder asked, "then perhaps I can help."
"Eh?" Ruby asked.
"You need guidance on how to use your power." Cinder started, "and who better than someone that knows control." Cinder smirked "let me guide you on how to control others."
"And what do you get out of it?" Ruby asked, Cinder was impressed she wasn't stupid, cute too.
"Simple, the pleasure of being a contributor of your fun." Cinder said to her, "can you honestly tell me you can use the book to the best of your abilities."
"I.....maybe?" Ruby asked, she wasn't sure herself.
"Then there you have it." Cinder said, "so what do you say?" Ruby was hesitant, Cinder was scary but there was no denying she knew what she was doing, she'd prefer someone like Jaune or someone else helping her but.....she honestly didn't know what she would do if she turned her down, besides there was something.....alluring about her.
"Well." Ruby started, being careful on how to respond.
