You jump off her lip and you could fall to your death, you take the brunt of it and you end up painted to her lip. In the heat of the moment, the best idea you can come up with is to leap from Charlotte's lip and into her mouth.

Your giant captor simply applies the lipstick to her bottom lip, still oblivious to your existence, as you dive onto her tongue. You're mostly clean of the blush powder now that you're slick with her saliva. You can barely bring yourself to your feet atop the slippery, pulsating surface of her tongue. Every other second, a warm gust of air fills up the shiny, reddish cave. Light flickers in and out as Charlotte's lips open and close while she draws on the lipstick; after that, you're just sat in almost total darkness.

Her teeth are each enormous and terrifying, inspiring an idea that you can't shake off of you getting caught between them; you'd be absolutely pulverized. The moist world around you rumbles like you're a miner and there's a cave in. Charlotte must have just gotten up and headed back to her room or wherever she's going.

What is your plan supposed to be from here? Sure, you avoided being plastered to her lip but now you're trapped in her dark, wet, scarily wobbly maw.
