This choice: she notices that she is smaller and panics in the room • Go Back... Still hiding under the bed, and still firing the gun at your sister, you watch as she starts getting ready over at her dresser. She picks up her hair brush, and just for a moment looks at it oddly, as if it doesn't quite seem right. She quickly dismisses it, and starts brushing the tugs out of her hair.
You make a dash out from under the bed and sneak along the skirting board, until you're peeking out from the side of the dresser. Teran hasn't spotted you yet, so you continue firing the ray at her. She's still shrinking, but the gun must have a diminished effect at this size. Teran is 5'6", or at least, she was. After a minute of being zapped by the shrinking ray, you'd say she's shrunk 5 or 6 inches, although it's really hard to tell at your size. Then you get an idea - if you double your size to 6 inches, the gun will be twice as effective! You quickly grow yourself, before turning the ray back on your sister.
Teran, having just woken up, still seems a little sleepy. She's wearing her pajamas - a rather tight T-shirt and pretty skimpy pair of shorts. Doing your best to think innocent thoughts, you continue zapping. Sleepy or not, a person can only shrink so much before realising something is wrong. Your sister, still lazily brushing her hair, suddenly takes a good look at herself in the mirror on top of her dresser.
"What the hell?!" she gasps. Her shoulders are level with the top of her dresser. "This can't be... My dresser is big!" And after a quick look around her room: "My entire room is really big! And it's growing!" And after another quick look around, as her head drops below the height of the dresser, meaning she's under 4 feet tall: "Or... I'm shrinking?!"
Teran is stunned, looking around her room in disbelief. By the time she thinks to call for help, she's shrunk to 3 feet tall, and can't reach the handle on her closed door. You take the opportunity to come out of hiding, but you keep the ray on her. Turning from the door, she sees you standing in the middle of the room and hurries over to you.
"Jake?" she gasps, finding this whole shrinking thing a little overwhelming.
"Hi sis!" you squeak, 6 inches tall compared to her 2'6". Looking at you grinning up with a strange gun pointed at her as she shrinks, it doesn't exactly take her long to put two and two together. As she reaches the two foot mark, she snatches the gun out of your tiny hand.
"What the hell is this thing?" she asks. "You were using it to shrink me?"
"Sure was!" you answer cheerily, enjoying the prank. Then you take a second to evaluate the situation.
You might have shrunk your little sister to two feet tall, but compared to your height of 6 inches, she looks a towering twenty feet tall! Your head only reaches her knees. You look up, past her long, shapely legs, past the short shorts, past the hands on her waist, past the tight T-shirt, past her rather full chest, and see the expression on her face. | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
