Jared was so nervous as to what was going on. After he finished his current project he headed to his bosses office. Upon entering he and the other 3 assistant managers were all in the office waiting for him.
"Jared, please have a seat. We have noticed all your hard work as really taken the company to the next level. The other mangers and I have come to an agreement and have created a new Engineering Database Coordinator position for you here at this company. We have some new technology we are testing and you're the perfect candidate. Should the technology work in favor for the company, there will be more growth for you in years to come! Congratulations on your new position!"
Jared was ecstatic! All his hard work has finally paid off. He almost though this Engineering degree was a waste of his time and could not wait until Monday to start his new position.
