She makes you lick her other slimy foot.

Not waiting for your reaction, she pressed her other foot to your tongue and started to rub it up and down, making you feel sick again. "If you're going to slack off, guess I'll do it myself, ribbit."

You tried to move back but she quickly locked your head in place by placing her clean foot behind it. All you could do now was pathetic mumbling that supposed to be sign of obeying. She grinned at you and moved her slimy foot a bit backward, waiting until you'll start to lick it. You took deep breath and obediently put your tongue between her big and second toe, remembering that it's source of all the coming slime. Taste still was as disgusting as it was with first foot. Your tongue was moving extremely slowly as globs of slime were covering it and going straight down your poor throat. "You're still not doing it well enough, ribbit." Tsuyu said, tapping the toes of her clean foot on back of your head. You shivered and tried to increase the tempo but the awful taste wasn't really helping you with it. Minutes were passing and you still didn't finish licking between her toes. She eventually got bored of this. Moving her slimy foot backward, she looked at you, pointing the toes in direction of your opened mouth.
