You could always have fun with the girl later. For now, what you were interested in was a discarded shoe and sock combo off to the side. You walked towards the shoe, the smell of sweat growing ever stronger. You thought about what you could do with the shoe until you came to a conclusion. It was already pretty late so you assume that the little girl was probably going to go home soon but at the same time you didn't want to leave this amazing body just when you found it.
You decided to go inside the shoe between the socks and the shoe, leaving you surrounded by the smell of sweaty kid feet which was heaven for you. You soon heard a doorbell from the outside and your mom say "Coming~~". You heard a different woman's voice, although still an adult based off the pitch. "I'm here to pick my sweetie pie up!". This statement proved your theory from before about the girl leaving soon.
You hear a younger sounding voice, probably from the beautiful little girl you were eyeing before. "Coming Mom!" before you saw the sock from your shoe being pulled out, presumably to put the sock on. In this slight reprieve, you have a bit of time to plan out your next move. You could either grow yourself a bit and lie down under her foot to make her think a doll got in her shoe, You could also just stay the same size and lie down under her foot.
Under normal circumstances, this would be absurd, lying down under something 10s of times your size, but your dream said you were invincible and immune to pain, so what better time than now to try it?
Then there's the boring option of just hanging out in the toe section. While there you could just smell her feet from close up without actually being stepped on, but it allows greater movements.
A: Grow to small doll size and lie down where her feet will go, making her believe a toy got in her shoe from earlier (She can only think of you like a doll or toy, nothing else)
B: Stay your shrunken size and hang out under her feet for the trip, your size is more then small enough to evade detection.
