Alright, let's pick some cartoons (some Old and some New), perhaps even a few characters, and think up some plots.

1 - Gallopin' Gals - An MGM cartoon about a horse race. It focuses on the horses, which all are portrayed as gossiping ladies, save for a lone silly horse named Maggie. Maggie seems to be the favorite of the Narrator. When the Narrator says that the race will be a Photo Finish, all but one of the racers stop to pose for the photo, which lands them all in Second place. Maggie wins First Place
In this, someone from the real world winds up in the end of the short. The Narrator doesn't like it, so they make it that the Prize for Second Place is marrying the Real Worlder. The owners of the horses don't understand it, but shrug and go along with it.

2 - The Super Snooper - a Looney Tunes cartoon. Daffy Duck is in the role of Duck Drake and is trying to solve a murder mystery. He meets up with Fowl Fatale ▼
At the end, he learns he's at the wrong address and that Fowl Fatale is madly in love with him. He tries to run away, but she chases after him.
So this either continues Daffy being chased and kissed by Fowl Fatale, or like with the first choice, a Real Worlder winds up in the world of Animation. Daffy somehow turns Fowl Fatale's crazy love towards the Real Worlder and decides to have fun by keeping the Real Worlder and Fowl Fatale together.

3 - Lola Bunny - There's several different versions of her. The Looney Tunes Show has the most scatterbrained one. While she wound up dating Bugs later on, she was in the middle of giving Daffy some dating advice and wound up convincing herself that she was in love with him. So one plotline is that Bugs never really fell for her, so he tricks her into falling for someone else.
Another is that she goes full-on Yandere for him. hey, go check out the Lyrics for We are in love▼
Feel free to give her traits and other stuff from the other Lola Bunnys. Or write about the other versions. This will just focus on her.

4 - Duck Dodgers - A three season Looney Tunes Cartoon Show based on the short, Duck Dodgers in the 24th 1/2 Century. There's a quite the selection of attractive ladies▼
Now you might think that because she wasn't drawn with a mouth, she's excluded... but she has kissed Marvin in the show. So it's proably that she has a mouth and lips, but we can't see them or something.
