A couple ideas for which way this story could begin:
* A reboot of the original Gremlins, but this time, instead of Gizmo, Rand Peltzer gifts his son Billy the mogwai who is, or perhaps will transition to, Greta. She quickly falls in love with Billy, morphs into a gremlin, and tries to seduce him. This come with the potential of Greta multiplying and creating a batch of horny female gremlins to wreak havoc on Billy's hometown.
* Set during Gremlins 2, but this time, during her introductory scene, instead of falling in love at first sight with Frank Forster, Greta lays eyes on Billy and relentlessly pursues him throug the Clamp Center instead.
* As the last surviving gremlins in Gremlins 2, this story could potentially be a sequel to both movies, with Greta stalking or tracking Billy down somewhere.
