He looked bigger? He's growing even bigger?!

You turned to Tyler to reply to him, about to ask him nicely to please put some clothes on, but you noticed something different about him. He looked to be even bigger than just a minute ago when he walked into the bathroom! Before, you were sure you were eye level with his chin, only needing to look up to Tyler slightly, but now it seemed like you were eye level with his shoulders! His muscles seemed to look bigger too! They looked more toned than they did before, you wondered if he had actually grown or if your mind was just playing tricks on you. You glanced down to see if something else had possibly grown until...
"Umm, Tim? Anyone home?" Tyler asked as he noticed you were kind of zoned out. You snapped out of it and said, "Oh, sorry. I'll do whatever you want to do today Tyler." Tyler acknowledged you and walked to the other side of the kitchen.
You looked over at him again to make sure your mind wasn't playing tricks on you. He did seem to look bigger than he did before. You wondered if you should just ask him or see if he actually grew later.
