That night, Lena barely made it to bed before sleep overtook her. The bracelet was almost pulsating with energy now, as if it had fully integrated itself with her body and mind. This time, there was no resistance. No hesitation.
Jake was woken again, this time to find Lena straddling him, her body moving in ways that were entirely foreign to the shy girl he had known. She was more voluptuous, more confident, her movements slow and deliberate, her touch expert and precise. Her skin was flushed, her lips painted in that deep crimson, her breath heavy and smelling faintly of smoke. There was no question in his mind now—this wasn’t Lena.
Her hips rolled over him with sensual grace, every movement calculated for maximum pleasure. Jake could barely keep up, the sensation of her body and the heat of her lips overwhelming him. Her hands, now with perfectly manicured nails, traced his chest as her lips found his ear, whispering things that made his heart race.
“You like this, don’t you?” she purred, her voice huskier than usual, almost as if it had aged overnight. Jake nodded, too lost in the moment to care that something was terribly wrong.
