This choice: Princess Daisy shows up. • Go Back...Chapter #10Princess Daisy shows up. by: Former182 "Well, My friend, Princess Daisy is going to show in around Noon or so. I bet she'll be really happy to see a real worlder," Toadstool answered. She then pointed at you, winked, and said, "In the meantime, let's get get you registered with the adventurer's guild. That way, I can give you special official missions!"
You gave her a thumbs-up.
===
The registering was pretty simple. Some paperwork, a trial through a made-up dungeon, and a little mock-fight against a robot boss. Then again, it was in a video game-ish world.
You showed off your license to the princess, who was pleased. She said, "It might a trainee license for now, but I know you'll just get better and better."
You put away your license and smiled, "So shall we greet your friend, Princess Daisy?"
"The fact you didn't speak of food makes me happier," Toadstool said. "Let's go to the train-station, where she'll be coming in."
Just as the two of you arrived, the train pulled in. Within a few minutes, Princess Daisy ▼ headed towards Princess Toadstool. She was nearly a mirror image of the Mushroom Princess, save for the brown hair, brown eyes, and yellow dress.
"Hello, Princess P! Who's the new guy?" Daisy asked.
Gesturing to you, Toadstool said, "He is Y/N, someone from the real world. He and Toad saved me from some Koopas and Goombas. Y/N showed he has a tactical mind during my rescue."
"I'm glad you saved my friend, Y/N. I'm Princess Daisy of Sarasaland," Daisy said with a curtsy.
You gave a slight bow and replied, "You're welcome, Princess Daisy."
"Call me Daisy, as I expect Toadstool let you call her by her name as well," Daisy said back.
"She didn't," You replied.
Giving her fellow princess a smirk, Daisy said, "Then it pleases me to be the first one."
"It's not a contest, Daisy," Toadstool said with a frown. She looked at you with a slightly forced smile and said, "You can call me Toadstool, Y/N."
"Thank you, Toadstool. I will," You replied. "So what now?" indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
