A short distance from the Belview Mansion, situated just on the edge of a dark, foreboding forest, were two small wooden Cabins. Refurbished several years ago by a wealthy family who had staked a claim to the land, the cabins had remained relatively unused. They were isolated, out of the way and easy to miss, so had been left untouched and unappreciated for some time. Until, that is, a group of friends decided to take a weekend break...
Driving up the dirt road to the site of the cabins was an averaged sized van with six five people inside.
In the driver's seat sat Zac. Dark haired, with a chiselled, handsome face and a fit, muscular body. Zac was a naturally generous, outgoing sort of guy, and always volunteered to be the designated driver. Zac worked as a personal trainer at his local Gym, and took his fitness regime very seriously. He wore a pair of jeans and a tight muscle tee which showed off his physique.
Beside Zac sat his girlfriend, Tiffany. Tiffany had short, red hair and was wearing a green tank top and denim shorts which hugged her curves in just the right places. She had an impressive bust, and Zac kept stealing looks at her cleavage as he drove. Tiffany was utterly besotted with Zac, since the two started dating a few months ago, and stared at him adoringly as he drove. She was a little ditzy, but loved to have a good time, and was constantly in a good mood, always seeing the positive side of any situation.
Behind them sat their friends, Mark and Debbie. Mark was a lot more slender than Zac, but still in good shape. He had dark, well styled hair which drew attention to his pale skin and dark eyes. He was wearing jeans and a black t shirt, and was holding a map, trying to give Zac directions. Mark had a sarcastic, cynical sense of humour, but could always be relied upon in a crisis.
Sitting next to Mark was Debbie, who was currently reading a book she had packed. Debbie had short brown hair and wore a loose, knitted sweater and jeans. A pair of round glasses sat on her pretty face, and she kept brushing a strand of hair out of her view. Though she had never admitted it, she had quite a crush on Mark. She was quite bookish and geeky, and usually could be found reading a book rather than out partying like the others.
In the back seat sat, currently asleep, was Taylor. Taylor's hair was dyed purple, and she had a punk like style, with a lip and nose piercing, tattoos and dark lipstick. She wore a striped tank top and a tight, leather skirt. She was quite a daredevil, usually found encouraging others to get into all sorts of trouble and always ready to try new things.
"Okay, I think we're finally here!" Zac announced.
"I knew you'd find it babe," Tiffany said with a smile.
"We would've found it much sooner if you'd listened to my dam directions," Mark said, lowering the map and glowering into the rear view mirror. "We nearly went off a cliff."
"That wasn't a cliff, Mark, just a...small hill..." Zac said.
Mark exchanged a look with Debbie, who laughed.
"Taylor, time to wake up, we're here," Debbie said, reaching around to give Taylor a prod.
"Huh? Oh...right...the cabin..." Taylor groaned as she awoke, rubbing her eyes and yawning nosily. "Cool, we made it here alive. Never doubted you, Zac."
The car pulled up outside one of the two cabins, which were reasonably close together and probably about a five minute walk apart. They were nestled just on the edge of the forest, with the trees looming behind them, and a fine layer of fog starting to creep in as night settled. The group jumped out of the car, happy to stretch their legs.
"Okay, me and Tiff will take the one on the right," Zac said, before remembering something. "Oh wait, ours has three beds and the other has two...but ours has the jacuzzi...didn't you want that one babe?"
Tiffany nodded eagerly. "Only reason I came."
"It's fine, I'll take the spare room," Taylor shrugged. "Keep it down though...you two can be...noisy..."
Zac and Tiffany exchanged a knowing look and smiled at each other.
"Guess we'll take the other one," Mark shrugged. "You happy with that Deb?"
"Oh, sure, no problem," Debbie smiled, trying not to hide her contentment at the arrangements.
Mark grabbed his and Debbie's stuff and headed off, with her trailing behind him. She waved goodbye to the others and hurried to catch him up. Zac grabbed everyone's stuff effortlessly and carried it off to the cabin in his muscular arms...
