Sara had found a giant room filled with boxes. One happened to be opened, and when she tipped it over, out poured a large pile of colorful pills! These were pills designed to be entire meals when hydrated, but unfortunately Sara mistook them for candy, and began shoving them into her mouth!
They all tasted so good, she gobbled all of them up handful by handful, leaving nothing left but the empty box they came in. Resting with a full stomach inside the rather large box, she patted her stomach and began to fall asleep. But before she could do that, she felt her stomach rumbling.
The moisture from within her body was causing the meals to materialize and instantly digest within her stomach, causing rapid weight gain. Sara was being filled with thousands of three-course meals meant to last several days, all at the same time. Her body swelled with fat, outgrowing the box and bursting out of it, as well as ripping from the clothes she was wearing.
Bigger and bigger Sara grew, her stomach pouring forwards and onto the cold metal ground, each of her buttcheeks pressing into the other boxes behind her. However, the gain stopped as quickly as it had started, and Sara was already an immobile blob of lard.
