Who else? Someone among Beautylicious' ex-employees and new (albeit mostly friendly) rivals at Lash Academy?

Another option is that one of the Simmons family finds it. The Simmonses are a family of four: two heterosexual parents in their late 40s/early 50s, and two siblings, William (21) and his sister Vicky (16). They have a large house with two spare bedrooms, so if the events take place over a holiday or a weekend, chances are that they have friends or family over.
