Too slow twice over! Meet bratty cousin Sophie!

You try to grab on to your Aunt Jane’s shoe but she’s too fast and you’re left standing on the floor feeling far too exposed. Looking around in a panic, you are horrified to see that Sophie is staring back at you, an evil grin on her lips. She stuffs the last of her cinnamon roll into her mouth and chews noisily as she gets to her feet and walks purposefully towards you.

You know that you’re in real trouble now. Sophie is cruel, greedy, vindictive and utterly spoiled. Your fat cousin is getting nearer far too fast for your liking. She’s covering the equivalent of hundreds of feet with every step. Although you are only about a foot away from hiding under the sofa, that’s the equivalent of more than 70 feet for you at your current height.

You turn heel and sprint for the cover afforded by the sofa but it’s a race you were never going to win. You’ve barely made it halfway when Sophie’s fingers, still greasy and sticky from the cinnamon roll she has just eaten, close around you and snatch you up into the air. She holds you tightly in her pudgy fist, blocking out the light and muffling all sounds. You can hear her talking but can’t make out what she is saying. Then she leaves the room, taking you with her… but where is she going?
