She has a different solution for your wish.

Angela suddenly points her finger up like she has an idea.
"One of the ladies here actually really wants a baby themselves. I could sneak you out of here and put you on her door stop. She has never had the courage to adopt a baby for herself. It would be perfect."

Before you have a chance to say anything Angela pocks you up into a carriage and leaves the room saying "I'm going to go grab some baby stuff and get you all ready for your new family. Oh and here" she walks back and puts a binky in your mouth.
"Can't have a baby without a binky."

She caught you by surprise but you starts to suckle on it and doze off. You start falling asleep when you thought you heard footsteps back to your carriage but you feel too groggy to put any effort into saying anything.

Right before you pass out you think you hear
"Which carriage was it? Ah this one."

You wake up to find
