It felt like he was having hiccups. He took a deep breath, like his mom told him to in case of hiccups, and all of a sudden his view shifted. Dylan thought he was hovering up in the air, but looking down he realized his feet were still firm on the lawn. Looking up again he was now able to see everything going on down the street. "That's weird," he thought. They had a hedge around their garden, only mom could look over it. Then Dylan realized, he was getting taller!
Well, technically he was getting taller. The growth process had stopped and he ended up at least a head taller than before. His clothes were tight on him now. Looking at his reflection in the window he noticed he didn't exactly grow older or taller, he just got a little bigger overall. His belly-button was showing from under his tight shirt and his shorts were squeezing around his thighs. Dylan wondered if mom was still taller than him or if he had passed her in height. He did know it felt amazing to be this big.
