How about:

Sara has had enough of Zari's messing around, ignoring her orders, doing her own thing, tearing more holes in the timeline when they're supposed to be patching them up (badly she'd admit but they're trying). So she decides if Zari isn't going to be a Legend she'll give her a new job...that of Sara Lance's new stress relief play toy. A quick blast of Ray's shrink ray and she has the pain in her as neutralised and serving a better purpose.
