Dangling you by your leg still, the woman slides her right foot out of her boot and starts moving you toward the opening. “NONONONO, WAIT!!” You screamed, but it was too late. The woman presses your body against the center of the leather insole and squishes you into it with her thumb. Her boot smells like she’s been wearing it for ages, and the thick, cheesy air made it hard to breathe.
Without warning, the boot went dark. You see the woman’s giant foot enter the boot and panic, scrambling to reform and unstick yourself. Before you accomplish anything, the woman’s smooth sole crashed into you, squashing you painfully beneath it. The woman shifted all her weight to the foot you were under and rocked her foot side to side, stretching and squishing your tiny body further. You try to cry out in pain, but you’re too flat to make a sound, not that anyone could hear you anyway. As you thought it couldn’t get any worse, the thief starts running through the forest again, squashing you flatter with each agonizing step.
After an excruciating 20 minutes, you feel the thief’s pace slow down, giving you more time to breathe between steps. The woman pauses a few times, smothering you beneath her sweaty sole for minutes at a time. It was unbearable. Thankfully, she sits down after a while and crosses her legs, alleviating most of the pressure on you.
The thief sits in a tavern with a mysterious woman in a hooded robe. “Do you have it?” She asks the thief. “Of course I do. I wouldn’t be much of a thief if I didn’t.” Reaching into a pouch on her belt, the thief pulled out a ring with a huge green gemstone embedded in it as handed it to the woman discretely. As the woman inspected the ring, she says “Good job. Our client will be pleased.” The woman hands the thief a bag of gold. “Always a pleasure.” The thief says as she stands up, ending the fairy’s small break from being flattened.
“One more thing...” the woman says, catching the thief’s attention. She sits back down, a bit annoyed. What does the woman say?”
