Great Shift- You are going about your normal day when a cataclysmic event hits and everyone swaps bodies, leaving you in the body of a pregnant female. How does this happen?

Body Swap Machine- You somehow invent/ come across a new machine that can allow you to swap bodies and you end up in a pregnant female body

Wishing to be pregnant- You somehow make a wish to become a pregnant woman and it ends up coming true.

Photo Exchange- You are given the powers to swap bodies with anyone just by looking at a picture or video of someone, and you guessed it, you use it to swap with a pregnant woman.
