The first thing you realize is that your head aches. You try to recall what happened last night but it is all a blur. You manage to remember that you're in the U.S. Navy. Then you feel the ground and notice that it isn't even the rough cots that you normally sleep in. It feels hard and rough like wood. Though you are very much tired you open your eyes and are absolutely amazed.
The room that you are in is massive. Not just massive like big, but like you are tiny. The next thing you notice are the two faces looking right at you. One seems to be a female pilot whose nametag reads "Trace." The other one is an unimportant female scientist. "I think we got the wrong one." says the scientist.
"You think? I asked for Jeff not this guy." said the pilot.
"Well do you think he'll do?"
*sigh* "I suppose he will have to do, for now."
You have many questions to say the least and are about to speak up when the scientist speaks again. "Well I'm sure you have about a billion questions right now. And no need to worry we have you covered. You see here the government has been working on this new shrinking technology that has been put into use. Such as spy work and whatnot. However, they wanted to use it for more unconventional uses. This being as a sort of companion of sorts to their female employees. We usually just get the ones that volunteer but you were accidentally chosen for Phoenix over there."
You can hardly speak at all after what you just heard. "S-so I am what a buddy to you now or what?" you say to this apparent Phoenix.
"Listen guy, I don't even know who you are so why not start with that. Then I'll answer your questions." Phoenix stated.
You give out your name. "You still haven't explained what my purpose is yet." you say.
Phoenix then replied "Well since you're already shrunk and there's no way to rever..."
"Wait you mean I'm stuck like this?!"
"Well yeah I mean it was a one way shrink ticket. Look buddy let's just go to my quarters where we will have a little more privacy."
Phoenix roughly picks you up and puts you in her pocket. She walks fairly fast to what you can only assume is where her quarters are. The pocket is scratchy and uncomfortable, but you can make do for now. Then a hand descends into your little hole and plucks you out. "Okay so you were not my first choice let me make that clear." Phoenix rather harshly said.
"Well obviously " you muttered under your breath.
"You are mine now whether you like it or not. Thanks to your transformation down to two inches you're also incredibly durable." She enforced this idea by squeezing her hand. Though that's not to say it didn't hurt. "Now the government says that your 'tinies' are for you to do whatever you want with them. This means that some girls will just be friends with theirs and treat them kindly. Others, however, will treat them like dirt and as nothing more than slaves. I have seen them use their 'tinies' as insoles, seat cushions, bra padding, or even sweat rags. As for what I plan to do with you, while I haven't decided."
"Can I just say that I want you to choose the former option."
"Well let me think for a moment."
Your heart pounds as you see her thinking. She is deciding what your fate will be right now and all you can do is watch. You really want to be a friend to her and not just some extra cushion for her airplane seat.
