This choice: Turns out, she has already found you! (Good) • Go Back...Chapter #8Turns out, she has already found you! (Good) by: Nagini   Suddenly the feet you’re ogling retract up onto the bed. You jump back in surprise and fall down, startled by how something so big could move so quickly. You hear a loud giggle from above and slowly raise your head. Selena has now sat up and is staring directly at you - obviously your antics at her feet hadn’t gone unnoticed.
You silently curse yourself for giving in to your impulses so easily. You’d only wanted to spy on this beautiful celebrity, spend some time around her whilst she was blissfully unaware of your presence. You certainly had no intention of getting caught while at this vulnerable size, a feat which you had nevertheless accomplished in a matter of minutes.
You don’t bother trying to run as Selena’s colossal hand reaches down for you. Probably best to avoid pissing her off any more than she might already be. A hand much larger than your whole body wraps around you, holding you in a soft but firm grip. You are left a little light-headed from the change in altitude as the hand rises, bringing you eye level with your long-term crush.
“Well that explains the clothes outside my room,” Selena laughs. Now within inches of her face, you are able to fully admire her beauty. You’ve spent hours of your life gazing at photos and videos of her online, but none of that can compare to seeing the real thing in person and at such a tremendous scale. Selena’s focus is entirely on you, her mind deep in thought. You try your best to read the expression on her face, with no success.
You try to fumble out some sort of excuse or explanation, but your voice is drowned out as Selena interrupts you.
“I could tell I was going to have to deal with some overexcited fans today. That was you in the hotel lobby, wasn’t it? Bet you thought you were so subtle. This wasn’t quite what I was expecting though.”
“A-aren’t you s-surprised by my size?” You manage to say.
“Not really, no. We’ve got agents that warn us about any new tech that paparazzi or fans might use to snoop on us. I didn’t really believe the one about shrinking, but I’m holding a two inch tall man in my hand so I guess they were right.” Selena shrugged nonchalantly.
“Anyway, give me one good reason why I shouldn’t call security and have you arrested right now? Or better yet, why don’t I just get rid of you myself? Crush you with my feet since you were admiring them so much?” Selena’s facial expression matched the tone of her words, her piercing gaze terrifying you as she pondered what she was going to do with you.
You’re visibly shaking in her hand now, knowing you were powerless to stop Selena from doing whatever she wanted with you. You close your eyes, accepting your fate. All of a sudden, a booming noise surrounds you. You open your eyes to see Selena, now visibly much happier, has erupted into laughter.
“You should see yourself right now, man. You look like you’re about to wet yourself! Relax, I’m not going to kill one of my fans just because he got a little creative with his meet and greet!”
“You’re... not?” You say with more than a hint of relief in your voice, though you’re still confused as you stare up at the grinning goddess.
“Of course not, I’m not a psychopath! No, I think we can both benefit from this. I’ve actually been looking for a new __________ to keep me entertained”
 indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
