Shoot the thing

You hesitate in shock, you aim but he disappeared as you pulled the trigger.

You creep up to where they disappeared too to see Sam's head & Body.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO." you scream.

You see the figure of the thing and you immediately think of shooting him but you think of the pipe and if you aim for the bulb, he would see you!

The pipe is simple as its like right next to you but shooting it would help definitely.

But what?

Pipe or The Thing?
