Videl was the most feared and respected woman in Satan City. She was the daughter of the legendary Mr.Satan, the man that had defeated Cell years ago. Or rather that's how the story goes, Videl knew it was her boyfriend Gohan that had defeated Cell when he was 12 years old.
Right now Videl was in the Schools locker room changing her clothes. She wore a blue top and black shorts. She had let her hair grow back out to how it used to be, she looked a lot more like her old self.
Videl was just about ready to call it a day. She bent over to pack the last of her things. Suddenly she felt something slide into her shorts before Videl could react her underwear shoot sky high.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Videl screamed in pain. " Who the HELL!?"
Videl looked over her shoulder to find a busty redhead pulling her pink panties with all her might. Videl recognized the girl she was Angela, she once went on a date with Gohan and told Videl he work teddy bear underwear. But Videl didn't know why she was giving her a wedgie of all things.

With a frown Angela yanked even harder on Videl's panties. "You know damn well why!"

"Don't play dumb you know what you did!" Giving Videl another hard yank.

"WHAT GOHAN WASN'T EVEN YOUR BOYFRIEND YOU ONLY WENT OUT ONCE!"
"Once I'm done with you Gohan will think your a loser and come crawling back to me".
Angela tighted her grip on Videl's panties and yanked once again.
