Haru walked down the stairs, bringing wet foot prints with her in her black Mary Jane shoes. Haru cheerfully headed for the Underground Mall. Even if she couldn’t hang out in Central Street, she could still spend her time here at the mall. And visit her favorite shop!
Haru walked through the crowded mall, careful not to get violently bumped. Wow, a lot of people are here taking cover from the rain. Haru could hear their grumbling over how this will effect their day. Haru gently makes her way through the crowd, reaching the Flower shop.
“Hello,” Haru waves sweetly at the Flower Shop Employee. Haru’s clothes got a little from making her way through the crowd of people.
The Flower Employee noticed Haru and greeted her back. “Ms. Okumura. It’s nice for you to drop by. What can I do for you?”
Haru shook her head and casually wiped some rain drops off her sweater covering her C cup breasts. “Oh, nothing today. I’m just here today to get out of the rain.”
The Flower Employee nodded her head. “Yes. I’ve seen a lot of agitated people walking in from the rain. Not a lot of them are customers, it’s less then usual. I think the rain is keeping them away.”
Haru frown. “That’s ashame. At least the flowers outside are getting nutrition.”
Haru and the Flower Employee chatted more about Haru’s garden that she has started on the company’s roof top while managing the garden at school. She has been getting a lot of help from other clubs to where she has nothing else to do herself. Her father allow her to make the garden on the roof but doesn’t come to visit for herself, to which Haru gets a little sad.
The crowd thins out a bit while they have their conversation about what Haru is doing and about gardening. An hour passes before the conversation dies down.
The Flower Employee sighs. “Well, I should be focusing back on work. It was nice talking to you, Ms. Okumura.”
“I as well.” Haru politely said before walking away. Perhaps she spend a little time at Babel Music Store. Haru frown a little, feeling that it would probably be more fun hanging out with friends. Good friends.
The Flower Employee turns around, figuring on what to do. She has some flowers that need to be delivered but she isn’t suppose to leave the store. She could use more employees.
A thought occurs to her. “Ms. Okumura, Do you have any plans for today?” She calls out.
Haru stops confused and returns to the Flower shop. “No, not especially.”
“Then could you do me a favor,” the Flower Employee pleaded. “I have a couple flowers that need to be delivered by the end of the day. Could you deliver them on the shop’s behalf?”
Haru is a little unsure but she is well acquainted with the Flower Employee. “But i’m not a shop employee.”
The Flower Employee hesitated a bit but she needed to send these off. “It’s fine. You come around often and help with customers in picking their flowers. I’ll pay you for your trouble. You can even choose which ones to deliver.”
