How about a story arc set during Halloween? One of the store employees or someone else has a power or device to switch people's body parts. And in true Halloween fashion... start to use it on the employees and others to cause mischief. Maybe the characters are aware of being swapped this time, and experience horror during the pagan holiday. Or maybe they're kept unaware of their swaps like usual. You decide.
Or maybe a story arc set during Christmas, and the employees and their friends/families etc. start being swapped around in by someone or something. It would make Christmas at Wilko and Beautylicious that much more exciting... for whoever is gdoing the swapping at least. This tickle your fancy?
