Kiran was feeling torn, as well as excited one morning after she started work. Having becoming unique and acquiring the power to exchange people's body parts and clothing etc., she now couldn't decide whether she wanted to keep the power to herself or confide in someone that she worked with. As she tried to make up her mind, she took a look at the people all around her.
Several of her co-workers were within sight, including her friend Jessica who used to work at the Parkgate branch with her before they got transferred to Rotherham. And of course there were a number of customers. A young married couple was on the toiletries aisle browsing the baby products, while their infant daughter sat in their baby buggy. A smartly-dressed Pakistani man in his early 40's, wearing a light blue collar shirt, beige slacks and brown loafers was checking out the Seasonal section. There was a fetching brunette woman, mid-20's, holding a basket and browsing the air fresheners on the Cleaners section. And not far from Kiran, two mid-30's parents and their two young children, a 9-year old girl and a 7-year old boy.
Kiran was eager to test out her new power immediately, to see what it was like, but she felt like she had to decide first whether to bring a co-worker in on this or not.
