Chapter #6

What to do?

    by: Moeyuri Author IconMail Icon
You felt bad about lying to your mother like that. Even if she can be a bit smothering at times...she only wanted what was best for you. This was your first chance to show her you were responsible enough to go out on your own...and you were going to betray that trust to sneak into a shady strip club. But you could feel bad later. You've already come all the way to this seedy part of town for this. You were committed now. Time to head to The Cougar Club!

...is what you were thinking before several police vans screeched onto the scene. Multiple uniformed officers began pouring out of the vehicles and flooding into the club. Smoke canisters were thrown inside, filling the club before officers in riot gear began rushing inside. Screams sounded out from within, and you could have sworn there were several gunshots.

"...I really shouldn't lie to my mom...let's just...go to the gallery..." you say out loud, convincing yourself that it was your own decision. You had heard that it was a shady place...but it seemed like there was some seriously bad things mixed up in there. Luckily you were still fairly close to the art gallery. But as you get closer, you can't help but notice that there doesn't seem to be anybody walking in or out of it. Which would make sense, the people in this area aren't exactly the artistic type. But by the time you reach the front door, the entire interior was empty as well.

Then you spotted another poster on the front door. It was hard to read from your angle, but it said something about a pipe burst. The building was closed for repairs, and the Miss Neapolitan meet and greet was going to be rescheduled.

Now you were left alone...with no strip club to go to...and no art gallery to spend the day in. You had hours to kill before your mother would pick you up in front of this building...with no way of calling her and telling her that it was closed. You could stand around all day and wait for your mother to come back...but that sounds boring. It's not everyday you get to be alone out of the house. Exploring the area a little bit couldn't hurt...

Less than 10 minutes down the street, you saw a drug dealer sitting on a bus bench. It seemed to be a hispanic woman in her early twenties with bold tattoos up and down her body. A bone skinny junky slipped her some money and got a white pouch in exchange.

A little further down the street was a group of obvious prostitutes standing on a street corner together. Most of them were smoking cigarettes while waiting for a customer to come along, wearing skimpy outfits. Some of them were actually quite beautiful. Others...were a bit out of your strike zone...which is a pretty HUGE strike zone.

To continue down this way left the possibility of getting seen by one of these women, and possibly kidnapped. But you just started exploring...and might slip by unnoticed. Or you could turn around and simply go the other direction of the street. What is a girl supposed to do in this situation?

You have the following choices:

1. Keep going-get caught

*Pen*
2. Keep going-unnoticed

*Pen*
3. Turn around and wait

4. Turn around...and get caught by police!

*Pen* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
