"You can invite him, but I want you guys to stay in the front room." Richard told his daughter, who eagerly nodded her head. "If I hear that you strolled anywhere upstairs with you." Sarah nodded her head again.
"I will make sure he stays down here and we won't do anything." Sarah as she clasped her hands together in appreciation. "And I will make sure Jason does the same thing too."
Richard nodded his head as he looked in the mirror to finish knotting his tie. "Good, because I gave him the same speech too just a few minutes ago." He looked over to the bathroom and found his wife strolling out with her thigh length, light blue dress. "Are you ready to go?"
"Sure am." She eagerly replied back to him. Over the past couple months, there has been a small rift growing between them and their marriage had started to crumble. They both vowed to start having a night to themselves at least twice a month, since their kids were now old enough to stay by themselves without the need of a babysitter.
Several minutes later they left the house and headed for their night on the town. After they left, Sarah phoned Peter and Jason sent a text over to Marie. "Can we start playing now?" Julia asked out loud as she sat on the couch waiting for her friend Nicole to come over.
*** 30 minutes later ***
*Knock knock knock* Sarah eagerly got up and made her way over to the door. As she opened it, she saw her boyfriend Peter there waiting to be invited in. Peter quickly embraced his girlfriend and was invited inside. "About time, let's start this thing." Julia eagerly said a she watched Peter walk into the Dining Room. Sitting next to her was her friend Nicole, then Jason, and Marie.
"So what kind of cards are we playing." Peter wondered as he took a seat next to Julia and had Sarah sitting next to him.
"It says here, that we can play any game of cards and the winner can take something from any of the losers." Jason responded to him. "But for the sake of being easy, I think we should just play Poker. Since almost everyone knows how to play." He looked around and noticed everyone nodding their head. "But before we start we should let everyone know some of the games rules."
"I think we all know the rules for Poker." Peter said as he grabbed the cards out of Jason's hands and started to deal out the cards.
"Wait." Jason called out but it was too late since the game had already started. After several minutes, ________ found that they came out on top and looked around the table.
