The highs and lows of a complex kids pizzeria, of both the weighty and horrific variety. |
The following is a weight gain and expansion related interactive at the animatronic filled family dining “deathtrap” of Gerbert Gerbil & the Cosmic Crew. It began as a Five Nights at Freddy’s fanfic but shifted into creating original material in that vein. Other influential media include other indie horror/sci-fi games such as the FN@F fan titles, Tattletail, Happy's Humble Burger Barn and similar. Characterization and world building are encouraged, pertaining to the dark secrets the party center hides. Before we begin, a few guidelines: Pre-2000’s aesthetics: Gerbert’s was built (and is generally written) in an ambiguous late 70s to mid 80s to early 90s timeframe. Although the technology present at the establishment will be advanced for its time, on the whole the function and aesthetics are rooted in analog first and early digital second. This means that cell phones are not as widespread, personal computers are quite sizable and the internet is just starting to reach consumers with dial up sluggishness. Some branches, particularly from the Setting options, may see the franchise in a different era (past, modern or future) and are to be used sparingly. Realism vs Terror: originally, I tried to group Gerbert's into a degree of "realism" of what an advanced animatronic filled restaurant would have, also keeping the weight gain to a gradual degree. While some of the story branches are written in this style, you are free to delve into the surreal, dreamlike, or obvious fictional means of weight gain (and terror) provided in a horror/sci-fi story crossed with weight gain. Aim to have the chapter options with an air of realism at the top of the selection, and the bottom ones towards other extremes if you include them. Write Your Best: there are no precise word count minimums, although you should write more than a paragraph in your entries. I encourage you to write your best. I may pass through chapters to catch typos although I won’t overwrite your additions. That being said… Unlike other weight gain interactives this story also delves into horror. Events can be perilous for characters and end messily. However, if the material becomes too graphic or explicit I will tone down or outright delete the chapter. Please mind the overall rating of the piece, 13+, when crafting your addition. Please see the accompanying document ("Full Mealtimes At Gerbert's Story Notes" ) for character and setting notes. |
