It appears as if every student wants to be a volunteer for this experiment, but Dr Smith can only pick one, and he was able to find someone by pointing at the kid in the front row and gets to call up to the stage.
"How about you, young lady?" Dr Smith called the student out.
What he picked is a girl that appears to be 9 years of age. She had brown hair, blue eyes, and her slim frame, and she also wearing her school uniform, with a white polo shirt and red blouse with a school logo on one side, grey skirt, and long white socks up to her knees and black shoes. She looked so excited to be called up to the stage, even so when she's on a spotlight when greeted by Dr Smith and stood next to him on stage and being watched by her fellow students and teachers inside the auditorium.
"Alright, welcome to the stage! Now what's your name and how old are you" Dr Smith asked curiously.
"My name is Emma, and I'm 9 years old." The girl replied, as she's really anticipated to see what really happens with the ray device, when Dr Smith explains it to all.
"I like that name!" Dr Smith smiled. "Now this experiment is special, because it's never been done before. What happens is you, Emma are gonna be the first people to get zapped by the ray device, and you'll see what happens. It's a big surprise, so I won't spoil this to you all. Make sense?"
"Yes, Dr Smith! I can't wait for it." This never fazed Emma so much, she remained ehusiatic about this whole experiment, and waits for it to make it work.
"Good! But before we go further, do you want me to zap you, or do you want another volunteer to zap the ray device on you?"
This made Emma a lot curious, as she would look at both sides to choose who should be the honour of zapping the device on her, even despite she has no idea what it actually does to her. But she remained calm throughout, and made no hesitation but to choose who?
