How about this one this young superhero that springs to mind?

Height: 4’0
Weight: 60lbs
Ethnic: Caucasian

He may be the fastest kid in the world, but would you imagine having him as the biggest in the world. Wether he wants to be big, or being kidnapped and be under the villain’s control? Either way, Dash will grow into a massive bully if it means to take revenge or just for fun to show it off his new powers.

(By the way, I would advise to ask permission to the author first before adding on new characters from the media, just in case.)
