"I won't tell Mom, if you swap rooms with me." Courtney declared as she put her hands on her hips defiantly. "I'm getting tired of having to share a room with Bri and I want to have my own room for a bit." She didn't know what to expect, if anything would happen at all. "Well?"
"I'm thinking, just give me a moment." Josh replied back to her. He didn't really know if he wanted to get rid of his only defense from his sister. Looking back at his sister who looked ready to involve their Mom in the matter, Josh decided to make a deal. "I will only do it if we can swap back after a couple days." He replied trying to strike a deal with his sister.
Courtney stood there for a moment thinking about it. "Fine." She declared, but was soon enveloped in the blinding light. When she was able to open her eyes once again, she felt her mouth open in awe. There in front of her was her unmade bed with the piles of clothes scattered throughout the room. "Oh my god, I didn't think it would work." She brought her hand up to her mouth, almost as if she needed to contain her excitement.
Josh sighed as he looked around. He knew that he was in trouble for the next week, with him now having to share a room with Brianna. "I'm done." He replied as he held up his hands in defeat. "I'm not going to swap anything else." He declared as he left the room to see how his new room looked.
Josh walked over to the room that he now shared with Bri, at least for the time being, and immediately felt something clinging to his mid section. He looked down to see Bri's, well now his, pink shirt to see Brianna hanging there with a huge smile on her face. "I was standing right next to the door when I heard you talking with Courtney."
"Wait, what?" Josh stammered as he heard this. "What were you doing outside my room?" Bri quickly let go of his midsection and looked a little embarrassed.
"I was just wanting to see if you would want to swap some more." She replied as she tried her best to give him her puppy dog look.
