"As you'll be the one to have them I'll let you decide how they should be arranged." Kate said to her son, thinking she'll do him a favor with it. "First we have the arrangement as I had." She moved the two breasts on Mike's chest until they were in the same places they had on her chest. "But you can also get them closer together until they press against each other." She moved the breasts together until the gap between them vanished and both breasts pressed hard against each other. "Or the other way so they stand out to the sides giving them an artificial look." She moved them the other way until the gap was big and the breasts slightly were on Mike's sides. "Speaking of artificial look: you could also get the breasts get interconverted." She took the right breast and placed it on his left chest and the left breast on the right chest. "That way the nipples will face outside and the breasts will look even more artificial." Kate took her hands from the breasts and let her son have a look at her breasts now looking like they were filled with misplaced implants. "You can have them however you want."
