Chief Bogo

It happpened suddenly and strangely as far as the ZPD could tell. One morning their large, powerful, and commanding chief of police, Cheif Bogo. Walked into the room for dispatching as normal, and cleared his thoart to get attention, as normal. Then, suddenly, he undid his pants showing a large baby-blue colored diaper and fell back on to his bottum and proclaimed "Bobo made a boom-boom." In a childish tone, as he started to suck on his whole hand as if innocently waiting for this matter to be fixed. The whole room stared in shock, some muttering it must be a prank. Bogo himself still seemed fine, normal, even his face seemed normal.
