We have a wonderful selection of Golden Retrievers, so feel free to come on in and meet our lovely gals.
Molly: Molly is a hyperactive, lovable goof of a Golden. She just turned one this past month, and she's a gorgeous example of just how beautiful this breed can be. She's friendly, outgoing, and intensely curious, and she has one serious toy drive. She can be a bit intense at times, but she's an all-around good-natured gal who will really benefit from someone who can keep her busy. She isn't a troublemaker, but her high energy can sometimes get her into trouble. She's a wonderful dog, but she needs someone who knows how to handle her.
Molly has a long, flowing coat that's intensely red and golden, giving her quite the presence wherever she goes. Her dark brown eyes are full of excitement and wonder, and it seems as if she constantly has a smile on her muzzle. She's solidly built, a little on the large side for a female, but she's aware of her size and does a good job of not knocking over all the smaller children who always want to come and see her when she's out and about.
Molly is a big girl, but she's still trim and lean. You'll need to keep an eye on her diet, though. Molly won't go looking for food on her own, but she will eat anything you give to her, so make sure you keep track of how much you feed her; we've already had to put her on a diet once before.
Lexi: Lexi is a bit of an older gal, but she's still got lots of energy and will make a wonderful companion. She's about six years old, so she isn't a pup, but she's still a healthy gal with a big heart. She's gentle, quiet, and lovable; the kind of gal who'd enjoy getting to curl up on the couch beside you.
Lexi has soft, silky golden fur that softens her already gentle appearance. She has big, brown eyes and a contagious smile. She's built like your average Golden, but she's gotten heavier over the years, and while she isn't huge, her big, soft tummy definitely tells of her success convincing others that she could use just one more treat. And maybe another. And maybe that one, too...
Lexi really likes to eat, and will try her best to convince you to give her as many treats as she can. Her soft eyes have served to soften her belly over time, and she's not shy about asking for another treat, even if she's already had five. Keep her out of the kitchen when you aren't home, though, cause this gal will find a way to food if she thinks getting in trouble later will be worth getting at the food now.
