Roy looked down and chuckled at himself. Also the rest of the world might think it totally normal that he was now an adult male out in public dressed as a teenage girl, he knew the truth himself – and felt more than a little weird about it. As free and fun as living the life of a teenager might be, Roy had no serious desire to spend a few more years in high school. And, more importantly, Roy wasn't all too eager to meet any potential boyfriends he now had.
Although Roy might use the device just as his doppelganger had suggested and acquire an entirely new life for himself, he hadn't yet decided the matter. He was still just curious about the capabilities and limitations of his new, technological toy.
So he waited patiently for the girl who's life he had assumed to come outside so he could switch the two of them back. If she now believed she was really Roy, she'd be upstairs in the apartment building right now, grabbing a quick bite to eat before rushing out the door in about five minutes.
