"Well, why don't we see about having a little 'demonstration huh?" Jade suggested, after Suki had held and inspected the doll for a moment. Jade took the thing back off her friend and she walked out of the toilets, with Suki close behind her. They both stopped in front of the tea room door and peered inside. There were several of their co-workers in there, representing both genders.
Nicola was sat down reading a womens magazine while nursing her coffee cup. Luke and Charlotte were sat near to Nicola, both engrossed in their phones (Charlotte texting and Luke playing a game). Steven was stood chatting to Natalie about something next to the table, and Aaron was stood on his own by the window drinking his cup of coffee. All of them were basically waiting to start work.
"Right, who are we gonna swap?" Jade asked with a sigh. "And more importantly... what are we gonna swap between them?" she smirked.
Suki just shrugged her shoulders, being indecisive as Jade expected her to be.
"Come on, pick something, someone." Jade chuckled.
Their little discussion was briefly interrupted when Liz walked through the door behind him, coming up from the shop floor. "Hope you're ready for some hard work today girls, we've got a lot to do." the supervisor told them, as she walked in between and into the tea room for a glass of water.
"Now we have another potential 'guinea pig'" Jade smiled broadly. "Why don't we conduct a little 'experiment'?" she winked.
Suki just threw a 'behave yourself' stare at Jade. Then she turned her attention back to the people in the tea room, their friends and co-workers. Suki was actually as eager to see the effect of the yarn doll as Jade was. Only she was more hesitant, it was just in her nature.
