Not all Demons and Leviathans are obsessed with killing the Winchester boys and dominating/destroying the world. There are quite a few that are simply obsessed with seeking personal pleasure. And once inside a "meat suit" they certainly know how to have fun.
The demons/leviathans will have the same abilities as those in the show. In their 'natural' form they are small clouds of black 'smoke' and they can access anywhere they want. They enter and exit a human host by way of their mouth (but other orifices might be 'kinkier'). Once possessing a human they can turn the color of their eyes to an inky black.
The stronger demons, the leaders, have bands of other demons loyal to them alone. The hosts eyes turn a dark red when they are possessed by a "leader". It is up to the individual author whether the demons have personal names to identify them. And unless stated, all demons are 'male'.
Leviathans are a lot stronger, and have the ability to not only possess a human body, but also to change it at the genetic level.
I'm sure most of you are familiar with Supernatural, and so will know what I'm talking about.
