Chapter #2Daisy's adorable catch by: Unknown Coming into the kitchen was his youngest sister. It was a little amusing to know that he was three years older than her, yet she now towered over him. His sister came in with dirt on her. Though he makes her take showers, he never truly minds her being dirty. Damon stared at her face, looking at the dirt patch on her forehead, her face was rarely dirty so this was a surprise to him. He was so distracted, he didn't notice her coming for his seat. Daisy excitedly sat down, ready to eat pancakes. She sat down so fast, it scared Damon quite a bit. The young girl was currently wearing shorts, making the dirt spots on her legs visible.
"Daisy, how did you get so dirty already? It's not even noon yet." Their mom asked, preparing Daisy's pancakes.
"I went for a walk in the woods with Freya this morning and I tripped a couple of times. Don't worry though, the only pain I'm experiencing is hunger pain." Daisy said confidently. She had her legs spread out and put her hands in between her legs, giving Tanya a cute look. When she put her hands down to the chair, she felt Damon and grabbed him, curious as to what she was feeling. Though she ignored him for the moment, Damon knew she was going to inspect him. Tanya sighed and kissed her daughter on the head.
"Alright, but I want you to shower later, do you hear me?" She said, Daisy nodded innocently. "Good, now eat your pancakes, I'm going to check on the others. I know Damon came down and ate his, but I think the others are asleep." Tanya left the room, leaving both Damon and Daisy alone. Without hesitation, Daisy lifted up her prize.
"So, what do we have here?" She asked, dangling her brother. A sense of fear suddenly came over Damon, leaving him quiet. Daisy looked closely and smelled him to identify what he was. "Such a cute thing." Daisy said. Damon still had trouble speaking. For whatever reason, he didn't have the courage necessary. After a minute of identifying her catch, Daisy . . .   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
