Chapter #16Atomic by: Unknown The majority agreed Wendy would be getting an atomic wedgie. Upon hearing this,Cana got a tighter grip on Wendy's panties and launched her even further off the ground. This got a short scream from the girl,which was soon made into yelps and squeals as Cana bounced Wendy up and down. After a minute or so of bouncing,Cana snapped Wendy's panties over her chin, effectively blinding her and forcing her to smell her own butt,which was worse for Wendy due to her enhanced sense of smell. Cana was laughing her head off at Wendy's predicament,as we're a lot of other members of the guild. Some were even recording it and taking pictures with newly made lacrima cameras and phones. Wendy was stumbling around with her arms outstretched trying to find her way around. You wouldn't have been able to tell without taking Wendy's panties off,but Wendy's face was bright red from embarrassment.
Cana then grabbed onto Wendy again and said "ok shortie,time for part two of your imitation!" Before Cana could do anything,Lucy spoke up and said "Cana, don't you think this is far enough? Maybe you should end it here." Cana looked out to the crowd and saw that a few agreed with Lucy,but a lot of others were unsure. After all,they went through way worse in their initiations so why should Wendy get special treatment? Cana looked over to Lucy and the crowd and said "don't you remember the rules? Whoever starts the initation decides what is done and when it ends,so its my call". Most of the crowd agreed with this and the few that didn't kept quiet.
Cana then turned back to Wendy and reached into the front of her pants. She grabbed onto the front of Wendy's panties and launched them upwards out of her pants. This got a loud scream from Wendy,this however was muffled due to her wedgie, leaving only the three other dragon slayers in the guild to be able to hear it. Cana bounced Wendy by the front of her panties for a few minutes before stopping. Cana then decided to dump the fries she had previously been eating down the front of Wendy's panties,soon squirting ketchup down too. Cana then launched the panties up again, bouncing her for another few minutes before finally snapping the front over her head. The front waistband was placed at the back of Wendy's neck.
Finally, Cana decided to end it with a hanging wedgie. So Cana lifted wendy by the front legholes of her panties and carried her over to some coat hooks. She placed the front legholes onto the hooks and let go. By this point,Wendy had given up and just silently cried a little. She accepted that this had to happen since she didn't get the initation yet,she just wished it wasn't so painful and embarrassing.
Cana then made it even MORE humiliating as she pulled Wendy's pants down to her ankles. A lot of onlookers looked away,but some wanted to see what else Cana had in mind for the poor girl. Cana used one of her cards to summon a paddle,which she proceeded to use to spank Wendy for a good five minutes. By the time Cana was done, Wendy's butt was dark red. Cana then gave her butt a light smack and said "ok,your initiation is now officially done Wendy. Enjoy hanging there until your panties rip or someone helps you down,I don't care which. I'm gonna get a drink". With that,Cana went off the get a drink at the bar.
