Sapce virus: Traveling through the depths of space, a specialized computer virus makes its way to earth. The virus' purpose was to branch the divide between machine and organic beings. Once the virus infects Arcee, she will become able to spread it to humans and femme bots, bringing them into the bizzare mix or organic mexhanical being she will become. An added side effect will be expansion in all "desired" areas.
Liquid metal upgrade: In the war against the Decepticons, Ratchet has created a means to turn their chasis into liquid metal. Through the transformation they will become faster and more easily be able to recover from their injuries by absorbing metal. Arcee becomes the first to undergo the experiment that while a success, will come with expansive results.
Nano machine factory: Ratchet figures out a way to create nanomachines that will aid them in their war. Unfortunately, the only way to manufacture them will require for a femme bot to be redesigned into a factory for them.
