Oh- oh alright... Uhh... f-five young girls at a sleepover coming up! (I'll give the descriptions for these characters in the upcoming chapters. If you go back you will find that these will be the same characters in the next level up. Also, sorry this is a one choice chapter :/ What're ya gonna do?)
Deanna- 19- 5'8/135 (34 C) (Size 9)- The Host for our event. Deanna (Or as she prefers to be called D) is a bookworm if ever there was one. She is a year ahead in school, registering as a Junior in what is normally her Sophomore year. She has never been good with boys, but not for a lack of trying, she is just shy and nervous easily. D enjoys to be pampered a little more than most people do, but its to be expected of a girl who is working to inherit a massive fortune from her family some day. She does however, appreciate honesty above all else in friends. She has known John practically her whole life, since kindergarten. They used to play together all the time, though they drifted, however they always made a serious effort to stay friends.
Marylin- 19- 5'9/ 140 (39D) (Size 9)- Marylin is a typical 'prep' She is snooty, only really enjoying people who she considers to be in her echelon of class. She loves to be in control, as such she is the one who organized this get together. She brought with her her favorite slippers, which she has had since she was a freshman in college. When asked why she doesn't get a new pair, she simply rolls her eyes. She has known John for a long time and always looked at him, not as a friend, but more of a bodyguard, something she always appreciated even if she didn't always say it.
Christina- 18- 6'0/ 175 (32B) (size 11.5)- Christina is the youngest of the clique. She is however the most different. Christina is an excellent athlete, she could probably beat the other girls one hand tied behind her back. She is however a deeper person than that. Christina enjoys a good book, a quiet corner and strong coffee, and as such she is much smarter than one might imagine. Christina is also the most free spirited, and as such despite being younger than the rest, she has had the most sexual partners, more than Marylin, Alice or Nicole. Christina is very close to John, when he was a senior and she a sophomore, he captained the Football, Wrestling, Rugby and Lacrosse, while she captained Soccer, Basketball, Softball and Lacrosse. They have a serious competitive streak, and sometimes this leads to fights that are on the borderline of serious. But at the end of the day, they are friends.
Nicole- 19- 5'9/ 165 (29B) (Size 8)- Nicole is the star of the group, or so she would have you believe. She is an actress, a good one to boot. When they were in High School, she was lead in every single production. She didn't go to school, instead opting to go to Broadway. John ribbs her every once in awhile, saying she is a starving actress, something Nicole doesn't disagree with. She misses her friends a lot and was happy to make it for a reunion. She has a severe crush on John, something she has learnt to hide well over the last ten years. Also Nicole loves to take care of her feet; she lives to get a foot massage, a pedicure- if you can touch her feet that night, she'll melt in your hands.
Alice-18- 5'6/ 180 (38C) (Size 8)- Alice is a Goth girl. She is also the most aloof. But more than that she is the center of the group. She caused them to come together as friends. Recently Alice has been moving away from Goth and more towards Wiccan. She has a love of mystical, and has really taken the feminist angle of the wiccans. She is entirely indifferent to John, as she has decided she is asexual, and is a member of the human extinction project.But when she isn't trying to summon a god, she's pretty normal. She likes to bake, and she gets a serious satisfaction of others being happy. When everyone is smiling, shes smiling more. After High School, she joins local groups like the NAACP and any group that fights oppression, especially against men.
John- 19- 5'11/ 225- John is a simple guy. He, Deanna and Marylin are all at the same school. However John is alone there; Marylin refused to associate herself with him, and Deanna was always busy. Christina was always in season for one sport or another, Alice was usually busy being her and Nicole had been busy being a starving actress. So in school he picked up sports, and studied hard. He was working on mechanical engineering, but his roommate had been a bio major. One day he came back with a funny looking lamp; It was funny looking because as John had been told, this was a shrink lamp. Turn it on look at the light and *viola* you are one to two inches tall depending upon a bunch of biological factors. John had managed to sneak it from his roommate after the fool Threw everything away for some girl. John was told a lot of things, all of which he wrote down to remember for future use. Today is the day he had been practicing for. Its the first day of break, and John is upset he wasn't invited to the Sleepover, so now he is taking upon himself to go and hang with his friends, weather they know it or not.
But about John, He is a big guy. A stud Athlete, He was running back in football, Attack in Lacrosse, a four time state champ in wrestling and the fly half in Rugby (Number 10, his favorite in all sports) John is cut up. So whats wrong? Well, John is poor. His parents struggle for their mortgage. Johns Dad Brendan is farmer, his mom a dental secretary. They are however proud of their son, they only wish he would take risks every now and then.
Well Today is that Day. A sip or two of liquid courage to help him, he grabbed his bags, turned the lamp on, and shrank down. A short walk later, John was at the gates, a smile beaming on his face. Tonight would be fun.
