Chapter #5

Ahreed's brother, Ahrou...

by: Hinney Peyton Author IconMail Icon
Ahrou noticed that his younger brother was not on the bus to the railway station. The noise of his friends and the background in the packed bus dimmed as he wondered about Ahreed.

Walking home from the station, Ahrou began to feel a bit confused. Should he be more concerned about his brother? Or about Mr Bhaduri's concern for Ahreed? It was indeed very strange that Ahreed had disappeared from school - Ahrou knew that Ahreed had caught the morning bus. Surely his younger brother would have mentioned to him on the walk to the station in the morning if he was not catching the afternoon bus with his older brother.

Once home, Ahrou went to his room and started up his computer. There were some new videos he had heard about that he wanted to watch immediately. He closed his bedroom door behind him and slid across the lock.
