Being a typical sly Nine-Tailed Fox, Hagoromo has enlisted in this tickle tournament, purely to hear the laughter of her enemies, and to watch them squirm and giggles underneath the ticklish ministrations of her fluffy nine tails, in addition to the expert tickling skills of her ten wiggling digits. She usually relies mostly on her nine tails to do most of the tickling and fighting for her, as well as her cunning and wit. However, if she somehow loses concentration, it becomes extremely hard for her to even control one of her many tails to do her bidding. Also, a secret she wishes to keep from many of her enemies, if they somehow make it past her defenses, she could be easily reduced to a laughing mess with just a few stroke of some feathers or fingers.
Her appearance consists of long golden hair with feline ears, reaching all the way to her rear. She dons a red kimono, wearing a lacy red bra and panties under it. Her footwear consists of a pair of geta (Japanese footwear) on her feet. She also isn't the most athletic of felines, but she is quite certain that she won't be moving about, with her tails doing most of the work after all.
